Who is responsible for your data?
DOMAINE ABIAD (limited company with a share capital of 250 000 MAD, ICE 000112271000030, RC 68333 (Marrakech)), reachable at contact@domaineabiad.com or on +212 5 24 32 89 69. We apply Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for guests living in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data do we collect?
Only what you enter in the request and call-back forms: name, email, phone, dates and party details, children’s ages and your message. The site uses no cookies, no advertising and no third-party tracking: only an anonymous audience measurement, described below, counts visits. Fonts are hosted on our own server: no data is sent to Google or any other third party when you browse the site.
Why?
To answer your request, prepare your quote and, if you book, organise your stay. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual measures) and your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. We will never send you a newsletter without your agreement.
Who has access?
Only the Domaine Abiad reservations team. Your data is never sold, rented or transferred. It passes through our host (OVH, France) and our email delivery service, acting as technical processors.
For how long?
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted at the latest 3 years after our last exchange. Data of guests who stayed with us is kept as long as required by Moroccan accounting and tax rules.
Audience measurement
To know which pages are useful, our own server counts page views and contacts (form, clicks on phone or email), with the referring site, your browser language and device type. No cookie is set and nothing is stored on your device. A visitor is only recognised for one day, through an encrypted fingerprint of their IP address and browser whose key changes daily: it is impossible to recover the IP address or follow a visitor from one day to the next, and these statistics are never linked to your requests. They are shared with no one and deleted after 13 months. If your browser asks not to be tracked (“Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”), your visits are not counted.
Anti-robot protection
To block automated submissions, the forms ask your browser to perform a small invisible calculation, and our server keeps an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address (never the address itself) for 24 hours to limit the number of submissions.
Your rights
You can access, correct, object to the processing of or request deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@domaineabiad.com. You may also contact the CNDP (Morocco’s data protection authority, www.cndp.ma) or, if you live in the European Union, your national data protection authority.
