Are the villas rented whole?
Yes. Each villa is rented in full, with its private garden and pool: you share nothing with other guests.
How many guests can stay?
From 8 guests (4-bedroom villa) to 16 guests (8-bedroom villa) per villa. For larger groups, we combine several villas and the riads.
What is a bungalow?
A separate bedroom in the villa’s garden, with its own private bathroom and shower. Bungalows are only opened for the villa’s guests, depending on group size.
Where is the Domaine Abiad?
On the Palmeraie circuit in Marrakech: 15 minutes from the medina and 20 minutes from Marrakech-Menara airport.
Can the pool be heated?
Yes. Your villa’s private pool, like each riad’s large pool, can be heated as an option, much appreciated in winter. This is a paid extra, to be requested when booking.
Is breakfast included?
Continental breakfast is available as an option and served in your villa. It is free for children under 2.
Is there housekeeping?
Yes. A housekeeper comes every day, between 9 am and 5 pm.
Are children welcome?
Of course. High chair and baby cot on request. The estate also has a games room and a football, basketball and volleyball court.
Is there a tourist tax?
Yes. The tourist tax applies for each night and each guest aged 12 and over.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due two weeks before arrival. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) through a secure payment link, or by bank transfer.
Can we arrive early or leave late?
Yes, subject to availability: early check-in and late check-out can be requested when booking.
Can you pick us up at the airport?
Yes. Our private drivers handle airport transfers and your outings, with vehicles seating up to 16 passengers.
Can we hold a wedding or a seminar?
Yes. The reception hall (385 m²), the conference room (260 m²), the riads and the villas let you host your events and accommodate your guests on site.
